LOOK! Save a Life, along with Boise Fry Company will host an all-inclusive, family oriented bike ride on Thursday, May 19th. The ride will begin at 6:00 pm at Veterans Memorial Park and will ride west on the Greenbelt for approximately 3 miles (20 or so minutes) and regroup for the return ride to the park, also on the Greenbelt. Once the participants return to the park, Boise Fry Co will have the catering truck on site so participants can purchase and enjoy the food from their menu. Also at the park following the ride will be a LOOK! Save a Life tent with informational material and samples of LOOK! merchandise (t-shirts, hats, water bottles) that will be available for sale on the web site. In addition, there will be a free drawing for merchandise giveaways (participants will all receive one free drawing ticket at the start of the ride and must be present to win) and a "Jeopardy" style game where safety questions can be answered and merchandise can be won. Members of the Boise PD bike patrol unit will also be on hand to answer any questions and help support the event.
